There were so many choices of great voice acting to choose from.. I found it even trickier to pick an audio and then rethinking how to animate it based off my own imagination without actually referring it to the original video clip. In the end I decided to go with a clip when Harry Potter was picking out his wand at the wand shop from "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" Looking back, this was really fun to act out and animate, and I am really glad it turned out the way it did!

Ever made the mistake of eating spoiled food? ... Yeah, me too! This was a challenging animation exercise to convey attitude silhouettes while portraying convincing emotions. The additional lighting was an extra spice I added in to give audiences a better understanding of what the character was feeling. And I'm glad to say my Professor and classmates felt that way! P.S. Don't worry, crackers in video were not expired. ;)

A step-by-step breakdown on how this animation clip came to life! This was my attempt at stepping out of my comfort zone and really pushing my animation to be a bit more cartoony while utilising camera tricks to bring life to the shot! Overall, had fun producing this one!

I'm usually apprehensive when animating a more cartoony shot as I the logical side of me prefers realistic animation. When I told this to my Professor, he suggested I attempt it anyway and gave me great suggestions and video recommendations from shots similar to how Disney animates Mickey Mouse or Warner Bros's Looney Tunes. Nonetheless I was pleased with how my attempt at cartoony animation went and at how seamless the transition was between the Idle Cycle!
